Damage Box?

If you box is damaged upon arrival (Punctured, Smashed, Ripped, Wet). 

Please follow the below instructions:

                                                                      

 **THIS IS FOR LIVESTOCK ORDERS ONLY**
 
1.  Take 3-4 clear pictures of the damaged box.  At least one picture needs to show the damaged box WITH the tracking label visible. Must be submitted within 4hrs of the delivery time stamp.

2. Email pictures to Support@YourFishStore.com.  Please include your order number.

3.  After we receive the pictures of your damage box.  We will refund $10 to your account.
