Marine Eel

There are fresh water and marine eels found all over the world. The marine eels have beautiful colors and fascinating patterns. The moray is the most popular among marine hobbyists. Eels are predator fish ranging from 2ft to 4ft in length. Most are nocturnal and rarely seen in the day. They live in holes and crevices formed by the rock.

Larger eels can easily eat small fish and invertebrates, so it is best to keep them with larger aggressive fish. Have tunnels or crevices for hiding and a secure lid on the aquarium.
